During the past few years, we have concentrated on Prop 39 K-12 lighting retrofits.  We have performed numerous retrofits, with no money out of pocket to the school districts.  That’s correct…Prop 39 funds pay for the entire retrofit (audits/materials/labor/disposal/clean up and all required paperwork).
